What are the Smart Alarms contact details?
How long do the wireless batteries last?

Detection device batteries last between 3 and 5 Years, depending on the detection type.

Most detectors in the zeroWire system have a typical Battery life of 5 Years.

Can I add wireless Doorbell to my zeroWire system?

Yes, you can add up to four WIFI video doorbells with Audio functionality to your zeroWire system.  Meaning you can answer your doorbell via your UltraSync+ App with two-way audio option – (so, you can decide if you wish to speak to the person at your door). You can also record any activations from your WIFI doorbell, allowing you to look back and review the people who rang your doorbell while you were busy or away. You can store the recorded video and audio footage by emailing the footage from the UltraSync+ App should the need arise for you to store an incident for review at a future date.

How do I download the ZeroWire / SmartAlarms App (UltraSync+)?

Go to the App store / Play store and download the UltraSync+ App, you will need the instructions you received at time of install (found in the Welcome Pack), you will need the serial number 12-digit code and the web access 8-digit passcode. If you are missing the information go to the contact page and get in touch with us.

What is the Serial number and web access code?

The serial number is a unique security 12-digit code that will identify your zeroWire panel when you are using your UltraSync+ App.  Your web access code is an additional security code set up by your installer for extra protection when using your App.  Only a phone containing the correct Serial number and the correct web access passcode may connect to your zeroWire panel.

How much is the app and monitoring per month or year?

How do I change my Keyholder details for my Alarm system?

When your zeroWire installer has completed the system installation you will be provided with contact details and codes for your monitoring center.  Your monitoring center will assist you with setting up you keyholder details.  Should you lose your monitoring center details, your SmartAlarm zeroWire installer will be happy to provide you with assistance in changing you keyholder details.

How do I disarm my alarm?

When you enter your front door, your alarm panel will beep and your entry timer will begin. Simply enter your security pin code followed by the Enter button on your zeroWire alarm panel.  Once you have entered the correct pin code followed by The Enter button the Buzzer will stop and the disarm display Button will illuminate.  Your system is now in the disarmed state. Remember you can always disarm your zeroWire alarm system by pressing the disarm button on your UltraSync+ App or by pressing the disarm button on your Keyfob.

Is the zeroWire System compatible with my existing Wirefree system?

There are some systems already installed that are compatible with the zeroWire control panel. Therefore, the homeowner may retain most or all of their currently installed detection devices and simply upgrade with a zeroWire panel to enjoy the many additional benefits available on the zeroWire panel and UltraSync+ App.  To check and see if your current system is compatible with the zeroWire system for a panel upgrade, please fill in your details on the contact us section of this website or call the freephone number listed on the website and we will be happy to assist.

Will the zeroWire work with My Currant wireless Sensors?

There are some systems already installed that are compatible with the zeroWire control panel. Can I have an External Siren fitted to the zeroWire panel?

Yes, the zeroWire panel supports both wired and wirefree External sirens.

Can cameras be added to the UltraSync+ App?

Yes, internal and external WIFI cameras can be added to the zeroWire system.  With Audio functionality (internal camera only), SD memory card for recording of alarm events and live video streaming.  Sixteen WIFI cameras can be added to the zeroWire system and controlled via the UltraSync+ App. You can also store video and audio footage by emailing the footage from the UltraSync+ App should you need to store an incident for review later.

How can I change my verification web access password?

Please contact your Installer who will assist you in changing your web access password.

Can I have Alarm notification messages coming straight to my phone?

Yes, the zeroWire system supports Push notification messages and therefore a home owner can have messages delivered directly to their phone.  It is recommended that a homeowner, where possible should use a monitoring center for added peace of mind – see chart.
